We have an exciting opportunity with an international organisation looking to scale their product team specifically focused on Agentic AI products. This is a of Director of Product role which will act as senior individual contributor for product strategy internationally.
They will provide an excellent salary, bonus and benefits. They work very flexibly with the role being worked remotely from within Ireland with occasional travel to Dublin.
Primary Duties
- Work with a team of talented product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver innovative AI solutions to contact centre clients
- Develop and implement product roadmap and strategy for Agentic AI products
- Build a culture of iterative development of Agentic AI products to continually improve ROI for enterprise clients, while delivering safety and quality through automated evals.
Requirements
- Experienced in a senior leadership role in Product Management
- Experience with Agentic AI, Machine Learning/LLM’s
- Experience within Contact Centre/CX advantageous but not essential
On Offer
- Salary of approximately €150,000 -175,000
- Full benefits package and bonus
- Fully remote within Ireland with occasional travel to Dublin office
