About Your New Role
- They are seeking an experienced Director of Operations (Soft Services), to take full responsibility of Security & Cleaning divisions.
- This is a senior leadership role with broad operational oversight across multiple sites and teams. You will be accountable for service delivery, operational performance, and the leadership of area management teams, ensuring a consistent and high standard of service across all contracts.
- In addition to day-to-day operational leadership, you will play a key role in safeguarding existing contracts, improving efficiencies, and supporting the commercial growth of the business.
- This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both strategic oversight and strong operational engagement.
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety, employment, and industry regulations
What Skills You Need
- Proven senior leadership experience in the management of faciltiies soft services
- Must have extensive experience in the management of security services
- Strong background managing multi-site operations and distributed teams
- Demonstrated ability to lead area/regional management structures
- Experience within a large or structured organisation is highly desirable
- Strong operational understanding of service contracts and SLAs
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial awareness with the ability to support retention and growth
- Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive, hands-on leadership style
