Digital Marketing Specialist
Location: Bangor, Co. Down (Office Based)
Hours: 35 Hours per Week
Working Pattern: Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 5:00pm | Friday 8:30am - 1:30pm

We are recruiting a Digital Marketing Specialist to join a growing international business and support its online growth strategy. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded digital marketer with experience across ecommerce, online advertising, content, and performance marketing.
You'll work closely with sales, marketing, and design teams to drive traffic, increase online sales, and enhance customer engagement across multiple digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise online product listings and website content.
- Support digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels.
- Plan and coordinate promotions, product launches, and merchandising activities.
- Monitor campaign and website performance, analysing traffic, conversions, and ROI.
- Produce performance reports and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging digital content.
- Support ecommerce, marketplace, and direct-to-consumer activity.
- Improve online visibility, customer engagement, and conversion rates.
About You
- Experience within digital marketing, ecommerce, online retail, or a related role.
- Degree or qualification in Marketing, Business, Ecommerce, or a relevant discipline.
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, creative, and results-focused approach.
Desirable
- Experience with Shopify or other ecommerce platforms.
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Advertising experience.
- Understanding of SEO, PPC, and digital marketing best practices.
