About Your New Job
- As Design Manager, you will oversee the design and coordination of multidisciplinary projects in the data centre, life sciences, and commercial sectors.
- Lead and manage project design teams from concept through to construction, ensuring innovation and compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to deliver outstanding project outcomes on time and within budget.
- Ensure high technical standards across all design documentation and manage quality reviews at each project stage.
- Opportunity to step into a senior leadership position and directly influence business growth and strategic direction.
What Skills You Need
- 10 to 15 years’ experience in a design management or lead project architect role, ideally within data centre, life sciences, or commercial sectors.
- Demonstrated expertise managing complex project designs from inception through completion.
- In-depth knowledge of Irish Building Regulations, RIAI Work Stages, and public procurement procedures.
- Exceptional communication, client-facing, and team leadership abilities.
- Track record managing multidisciplinary design teams and securing local authority approvals.
- Advanced proficiency with Revit and other relevant design software.
