Senior Demand & Supply Planner

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage supply to meet customer demand and business goals.
- Keep track of inventory, production, and lead times, addressing issues early.
- Work with Sales and Marketing on promotions, product strategies, and stock levels.
- Oversee new product launches, ensuring smooth rollout and clear communication.
- Use demand data to guide forecasts and inventory planning.
- Manage end-of-life product transitions with relevant teams.
- Coordinate supply chain activities with logistics, orders, and purchasing.
- Monitor performance and drive ongoing improvements.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience in demand planning, supply planning, or business planning.
- Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using demand forecasting and planning tools.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel
- A commercially minded approach, with the ability to collaborate across functions and influence outcomes.
