We are working with an Irish organisation that are currently looking to hire a Data Services Support Lead. They will provide a good salary and benefits as well as a hybrid working model, 2-3 days onsite and 2-3 days remotely, based in Dublin city centre.
Primary Duties
- Coordinate day-to-day operational support activities across client Data Platform Managed Services
- Lead incident triage, co-ordination and resolution activities
- Help establish and mature operational support processes and procedures
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in IT operations, IT operations service delivery, or managed services environments
- Experience supporting in a cloud or data environment would be beneficial
- Good communication skills
On Offer
- The client will provide a good salary of €55,000- €60,000 + benefits
