We are looking for an experienced Data Entry & Setup Administrator to join our Centralised Spares Setup Team. This is a key role where you’ll take ownership of creating and maintaining critical spare parts data for major customer accounts; ensuring everything is accurate, consistent, and delivered on time.
What is the job:
- Creating and maintaining accurate spare parts data within customer systems
- Setting up new spare parts in line with customer requirements and standards
- Acting as a key point of contact for data related queries (internal & external)
- Investigating and resolving discrepancies to maintain high quality data
- Collaborating with supply chain, engineering, and customer service teams
- Working to clear targets and deadlines in a structured, fast paced environment
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance data accuracy
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in a data entry or data focused administrative role (essential)
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong track record of accuracy
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently and across multiple teams
- Strong communication skills, including experience dealing with customers
- Comfortable handling large volumes of data and working with systems
- A proactive, solutions focused mindset
Location: Finglas (near M50) - Parking Available.
Salary: €35,000 per annum
