About Your New Job
- As the Customer Service Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling queries with professionalism and accuracy.
- You will process customer orders, amendments, and schedules, ensuring all documentation is handled efficiently and precisely.
- You will liaise closely with production, logistics, sales, and finance teams to fulfil customer requirements and resolve issues effectively.
- You will monitor order progress, keep customers and stakeholders updated, and maintain accurate records within ERP/MRP systems.
- You will play a key role in process improvements to enhance service efficiency and communication.
What Skills You Need
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in customer service, order management, or administration, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
- Third-level or PLC qualification in Business, Supply Chain, Customer Service, or a related area.
- Strong IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, ERP/MRP systems (such as SAGE or stock management software).
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal), practical problem-solving, and a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
