About Your New Job

  • Manage and grow relationships with partnered schools.
  • Identifying upselling opportunities and supporting schools in their digital journey.
  • Build trusted relationships, resolving issues, collaborating with internal teams, and maintaining accurate CRM records.
  • Strong customer service skills and effective time management.

What Skills You Need

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a background in customer service or account management.
  • Effective time management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Apple, Microsoft, and Google platforms is an advantage.
  • A full clean Irish driver’s license and availability to travel to schools regularly
  • Someone proactive, friendly, organised, able to plan their day, get things done, service clients well, multitask and respectful.

What’s on Offer

  • A salary of €40k
  • An OTE of €60-65k

  • A Hybrid role with one day in the office per week.
