About Your New Job
- As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be a key point of contact for customers—responding to queries, processing orders, and providing timely, professional service in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
- You will work closely with production, planning, logistics, sales, and finance teams to ensure customer requirements are met and any issues are swiftly resolved.
- You will maintain accurate records in our ERP/MRP system, monitor order progress, and clearly communicate updates or changes to internal and external stakeholders.
What Skills You Need
- Minimum 3 experience in customer service, order management, or administration (manufacturing sector preferred).
- Third-level or PLC qualification in Business, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Administration, or a related discipline.
- Strong PC skills, especially with Microsoft Word, Excel, and ERP/MRP software (SAGE or stock management systems).
- Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written), Analytical and good with numbers and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
