About Your New Job:

We are recruiting on behalf of our well known and highly regarded client, a company who provide nationwide car breakdown assistance and are looking to expand their growing team. Your role would see you working as a Customer Service Member assisting Members and customers with roadside breakdown assistance and queries.

Your new job duties will include:

This role involves shift work across mornings, afternoon, evenings and weekends. You will need to be fully flexible and no special requests can be accepted. Please only apply if you can commit to a fully flexible 24/7 365 days roster.

  • Handle inbound calls and queries, recording and collecting their details and information.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and overall creating a positive first impression
  • Handling objections, resolving issues and escalating complex cases when required.
  • Contributing to improvements in the process which overall adds to the team success.
  • Work flexible shifts, including days, evenings, weekends & public holidays.

What Skills do you need? 

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service or Contact Centre required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Deal with high volumes of calls, record accurately and escalate to Roadside Team. 
  • Ability to stay focused, calm and work collaboratively within the team.
  • Accurately achieve targets and KPI outlined by team.
  • Record accurate information on the IT system correctly. 

What is on Offer for you?

  • This intake is due to commence 9 February 2026
  • €26,400 per year + shift premiums - (OTE € 30,000 to € 35,000 in year 1).
  • Higher salary can be offered, based on Experience around €30,000 per annum. 
  • Increase in salary after probationary period and twice yearly salary reviews in place.
  • Full time, Permanent position. Monday - Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm in their Dublin office.
  • Hybrid model in place after 8 week Training and then moving into a rotating shift pattern.
