About Your New Job as a Customer Experience Executive

  • As the Customer Experience Executive, you'll be at the heart of transforming how our customers interact with cutting-edge verification solutions—your ideas will directly shape exceptional user journeys.
  • Lead engaging onboarding sessions and deliver captivating training on the ID-Pal platform, empowering clients to get the most from their products.
  • Take ownership of customer queries, drive proactive process improvements, and use data-driven insights to continually raise the bar on customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Compliance, and Development teams, building bridges to create seamless, end-to-end experiences.
  • Get hands-on with quality analysis, requirements gathering, reporting, and CRM optimisation—your work will touch every part of the customer lifecycle.

What Skills You Need to be a Customer Experience Executive

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a B2B customer facing role.
  • Proven background in FinTech or RegTech is a strong plus.
  • You will need to have experience using a ticketing system and aiding customers on technical. issues regarding their software.
  • You will need to have full, permanent and immediate rights to work in Ireland.

 

What’s on Offer

  • Salary: €35K-40K.
  • Hybrid model plus the unique option to work internationally for up to 2 weeks per year.
