About your New Employer:

Our client is a global technology company based in Dublin 2 and is currently seeking a Customer Enablement Specialist to join their team on a 12-month temporary contract.

This role will be on a hybrid working model, working a minimum of 2 days in the office.

About Your New Role:

  • Deliver engaging virtual and face-to-face training sessions tailored to the needs of customers across different markets
  • Manage and support the customer community by curating relevant content and encouraging ongoing engagement
  • Develop, adapt, and localise learning materials to meet the needs of different markets, including live training resources and video content
  • Work closely with teams across the business such as Sales, Customer Success, Marketing etc. to ensure learning initiatives are relevant, effective, and aligned with brand standards
  • Trial and evaluate new training methods and formats to support increased product and feature adoption
  • Analyse market requirements and identify opportunities by using data, customer feedback, and stakeholder insights to shape training content and strategies
  • Use project management skills to plan, prioritise, and deliver learning initiatives to a high standard and within agreed deadlines
  • Apply data-driven insights to prioritise activities, deliver programmes, and measure the effectiveness and impact of training initiatives

What Skills You Need:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in instructor led training, instructional design, or learning & development
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience with delivering training to customers, creating learning content, or working in a related field
  • Experience delivering virtual training sessions and webinars
  • Familiarity with video editing tools, learning management systems, and presentation software such as PowerPoint or Keynote
  • Ability to design, structure, and localise learning content for different audiences and formats
  • Understanding of adult learning principles and customer education
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both online and in person
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A collaborative, customer-focused, and data-driven approach
  • Adaptability, curiosity, and enthusiasm for exploring new learning technologies and training methods
  • Additional language skills are highly desirable
