About Your New Job
As Sales Manager, you will:
- Own and manage all new and existing customer enquiries, turning warm inbound leads into loyal customers.
- Deliver a first-class customer experience across phone, face-to-face and email communication with empathy, professionalism, and energy.
- Bring a personal touch to customer marketing—supported by external marketing experts.
- Monitor and report on sales activity, conversion rates and CRM pipeline trends, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain store standards, assist in daily operations, and be a hands-on, dependable member of a small, supportive team.
- Work 40 hours per week, Monday – Saturday (5 days, flexibility possible), with Saturday hours 9am–4pm.
What Skills You Need
- Demonstrable sales experience with clear results (ideally in call centre, retail or B2C environments—no cold calling, all leads are warm).
- Excellent communication and customer engagement skills, both on the phone and face-to-face.
- Reliable, independent and a genuine team player with a focus on exceeding customer expectations and delivering outstanding results.
- Organised, analytical and comfortable using IT/CRM systems.
- Full clean driving licence and own transport required (travel between sites may be necessary).
- Able to work flexible hours, including some weekends.
