- As the Corporate Services Manager (Grade 7 Administrative Officer), you will coordinate and deliver key corporate functions including finance administration, budgeting, payroll, procurement, audit support, and facilities management.
- Lead a small team, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure compliance, quality, and continuous improvement in all corporate services.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with both internal stakeholders and a range of external service providers, overseeing contract management and service delivery.
- Play a hands-on role, reporting directly to the Head of Corporate Services, with responsibilities covering everything from process enhancement to the successful delivery of major auditing and procurement initiatives.
- A relevant third-level qualification (minimum Level 7 NFQ) or a professional qualification in Finance, Administration, or Management.
- At least 3 years' relevant experience in corporate services, finance, administrative, or operational support (with capabilities in budgeting and/or expenditure monitoring).
- Excellent organisational skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and strong relationship-management and team-leadership abilities.
- Experience in payroll administration, project management, and people management.
- Familiarity with housing, not-for-profit, or public sector environments.
- Competitive public sector salary starting at €60,611 up to €78,795 (incremental progression).
- Up to 60% remote working available (following probation), and blended working policies to support work-life balance.
