Working for an Irish owned family run business that is over 30 years old. They are hugely successful and are an Irish Manufacturer of Ingredients & Sauces for Food Services, Retail and Manufacturing with operations in Ireland, the UK and Europe.
Due to expansion and success they are now looking to recruit a Qualified Chef to work alongside the Key Account Manager to create innovative food solutions, deliver culinary expertise and drive sales across catering & foodservice.
This role will suit somebody who loves to meet with Clients, come up with food ideas and recipes and someone who likes to be in the Spotlight and feels confident talking to groups re food and ingredients.
About your new Chef job:
- Build strong relationships and understand customer needs and trends
- Lead product demos, tastings, and customer meetings
- Develop and adapt products with NPD teams
- Provide expert culinary advice and create menu concepts
- Identify sales opportunities and support business growth
- Track market and competitor activity
- Ensure food safety and quality compliance
What Skills You Need for this chef job
- Professional Chef with experience in hospitality, catering or foodservice
- Experience with food manufacturers/distributors
- Strong culinary, presentation, and commercial skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Professional Chef Qualification + Food Safety/HACCP
- Full driving licence
