Your New Role
As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a major residential development in South Dublin. You will manage the on-site team, coordinate subcontractors, ensure adherence to programme and budget, and maintain the highest standards of health & safety, quality, and compliance. Your role will involve:
Supervising all site activities and ensuring work is completed to specification and schedule.
Managing subcontractors and liaising with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Monitoring site progress, reporting on performance, and implementing solutions to maintain timelines.
Enforcing strict health & safety standards and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Driving quality control throughout the build to achieve a top-class finish.
Requirements For This Role
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Proven experience as a Site Manager (or Senior Site Foreman) on large residential projects in Ireland.
A strong understanding of building regulations, health & safety legislation, and residential construction techniques.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
The ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams effectively.
Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline (desirable but not essential).
