Site Manager required for large residential builder in West Dublin

Your New Role

As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a major residential development in South Dublin. You will manage the on-site team, coordinate subcontractors, ensure adherence to programme and budget, and maintain the highest standards of health & safety, quality, and compliance. Your role will involve:

  • Supervising all site activities and ensuring work is completed to specification and schedule.

  • Managing subcontractors and liaising with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.

  • Monitoring site progress, reporting on performance, and implementing solutions to maintain timelines.

  • Enforcing strict health & safety standards and ensuring regulatory compliance.

  • Driving quality control throughout the build to achieve a top-class finish.

Requirements For This Role

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager (or Senior Site Foreman) on large residential projects in Ireland.

  • A strong understanding of building regulations, health & safety legislation, and residential construction techniques.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

  • The ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams effectively.

  • Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline (desirable but not essential).
