About Your New Role
As Project Manager, you will have overall responsibility for a major reisdential project based in Ballina. You will manage every stage from planning through handover, with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency onsite. Valued at €20m+ this is a large residential project consisting of 80 units in phase 1.
Your main duties include:
- Leading the project team and coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Developing detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring all milestones are achieved.
- Monitoring progress, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining exceptional standards of workmanship.
- Chairing meetings, giving clear direction, and reporting to senior management.
- Ensuring health, safety, and quality policies are strictly adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
What Skills You Need
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a project manager in construction or engineering environments.
- Relevant project management or engineering qualification.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver large-scale projects.
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Thorough knowledge of industry regulations, best practice, and accredited quality standards.
