About Your New Job
As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of a high-profile office fit-out project based in Dublin 2. You’ll be the driving force on site, ensuring programmes are met, quality is maintained, and health & safety standards are upheld at all times. Your role will involve coordinating subcontractors, managing site logistics, and working closely with project managers, design teams, and clients to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery. You’ll act as the primary point of contact for all site matters, leading by example and fostering a positive, solution-focused culture.
What Skills You Need
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Site Manager on commercial fit-out or interior projects
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, finishes, and M&E coordination
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple subcontractors and tight programmes
- A proactive and solution-focused approach to site challenges
- Strong commitment to health & safety and quality control
- Relevant construction qualification or trade background
- Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling (SMSTS or equivalent desirable)
