Commercial Administrator

Join a fast-paced maintenance, repairs and construction environment where you'll play a key role in commercial and financial project control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage commercial documentation, contracts, variations, purchase orders and invoices.
  • Support procurement, supplier management and tender processes.
  • Monitor budgets, costs, forecasts and contract performance.
  • Produce accurate reports, maintain data integrity and support month-end reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with commercial procedures, audits and regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with project teams, subcontractors and stakeholders to keep projects running efficiently.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in commercial administration, contract management, procurement or finance administration.
  • Advanced Excel skills with strong data analysis and reporting capability.
  • Knowledge of repairs, maintenance, construction or property services environments.
  • Strong numerical, organisational and administrative skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience within social housing, SOR-based contracts or regulated procurement environments is advantageous.
