About Your New Job
- As Clinical Advisor you will be the national point of contact for clinical wound care, directly supporting healthcare professionals with complex cases across Ireland.
- You will provide expert, patient-focused guidance primarily in tissue viability and wound care, advising nursing homes, hospitals, and community care settings.
- The role involves nationwide travel—assess on-site cases, deliver clinical support, and help educate both new and experienced clinicians.
- You will also be responsible for supporting the commercial team by providing clinical education and training, participating in point prevalence audits, and building strong relationships with key opinion leaders in healthcare.
- You’ll have the autonomy to plan your own schedule and travel routes, working flexibly over 8 days per month.
What Skills You Need
- Tissue Viability qualification is highly desirable, or at least 5+ years of experience in a wound care/tissue viability role.
- Expertise in clinical education, relationship-building, and excellent communication/presentation skills.
- Membership in professional bodies such as EWMA or EPUAP is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the Irish healthcare market and systems is a plus.
- Full, clean driving licence essential.
