A rapidly growing Irish SME providing technology solutions to corporate clients are seeking a Client Services Manager to oversee the post sales process with their client base. This will have responsibility for Account Management, Installation and Servicing under it.
About Your New Job
- Work with existing and recently onboarded accounts to manage the delivery of our solutions
- Ensure all SLAa are met and adhered to
- Map out the service schedule and seek out regular meetings to look for up and cross sell opportunities
- Work with Installation and Service teams to ensure timely delivery of services
- Own the KPI framework and map out client strategies for improvements
What Skills You Need
- 4 years+ in a Client Services or Key Account Management capacity
- Project Management experience a distinct advantage
- Proven ability to manage performance and grow revenue
- Full working rights for Ireland
