About Your New Job
As the Business Development & Client Services Coordinator, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to the Business Development and Pension Consultancy teams.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting Business Development and Pension Consultants with proposals, quotations, meeting preparation, documentation and follow-up actions.

- Working closely with Business Development, Pension Administration, Marketing and other internal teams to ensure processes are followed and continuously improved.
- Making practical suggestions to improve workflows, controls and the overall client experience.
This is an operationally focused role. You will not be providing financial or pension advice; instead, you will ensure that processes are implemented effectively, records are accurate and client commitments are followed through.
