About Your New Job

  • As the Claims Quality Assurance Analyst, you will evaluate claims handling procedures to ensure compliance with best practice, regulatory standards, and SLAs.
  • You will conduct audits and analyse claims data to identify trends, improve consistency, and drive process improvements that reduce errors and optimise claims handling efficiency.
  • You will collaborate with internal teams and external service providers on system enhancements, user testing, and process updates.
  • As the Claims Quality Assurance Analyst you will manage complaint logs, provide actionable insights, support regulatory compliance, and help shape quality procedures and training initiatives to drive performance.

What Skills You Need

  • MCC qualified, minimum of CIP, ideally a relevant professional or third-level qualification.
  • Experience in claims within the General Insurance Industry, including at least 1 year in a quality assurance role.
  • Strong knowledge of Public Liability, Employers Liability, Motor, and Property claims, including regulatory and operational requirements.
  • Customer-focused, flexible, self-motivated; detail-oriented with strong organisational skills, able to perform under pressure in a dynamic environment.
