About Your New Role
- As a Claims Adjuster, you will handle and investigate complex claims for Travel, Personal Accident, Cancer, and Income Protection. You will ensure claims are processed in accordance with agreed internal service levels, best practice requirements, and policy conditions.
- You will accurately assess and reserve complex travel, temporary total disablement, permanent disablement, and fatal accident claims.
- You will provide support to the Team Manager and acting as a referral point for colleagues, as well as assisting team managers with monitoring market/industry practices in claims handling and updating the team on a timely basis.
- As Claims Adjuster you will assist in the maintenance of procedural guides and training less experienced staff, as well as continuously improve best practice standards, including proactive Treating Customer Fairly & Fraud Management, and making recommendations to improve processes.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities, organize work, and meet deadlines.
- Strong administrative and report writing skills.
- Attention to detail.
