About Your New Role

  • As Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and settling liability-disputed motor damage and theft claims.
  • You will determine whether to accept or deny claims based on thorough documentation review, typical claims include multiple car accidents where fault and liability are in question. Utilizing acceptable investigation, claims handling, and settlement techniques to achieve cost-effective and timely closure results.
  • You will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing documentation, policy provisions, and other records, and making additional contact with other parties (e.g., claimants, third parties such as motor repair centers) as necessary.
  • As Claims Adjuster you will provide timely service throughout the life of the claim by meeting all service level agreements, initiating timely contact with all appropriate parties, and maintaining accurate system data and documentation by collecting, recording, analyzing, and summarizing information.

What Skills You Need

  • Experience working in motor damage handling.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear and concise communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
