Project Manager required for market leading civil's contractor in west Dublin for large residential project.

Founded almost 30 years ago the company has grown significantly, including the establishment of a civil engineering division in 2019, which now employs over 30 staff members along with a wide network of subcontractors. This civil engineering and construction firm provides integrated business solutions for a broad range of civil engineering needs. It has successfully delivered construction and renovation projects nationwide and possesses expertise across various civil disciplines. The team is thoroughly familiar with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and building codes. With extensive experience in project supervision and coordination, the company offers not only general civil services but also a wide array of tailored solutions, including management and other project delivery systems.

About your new Job 

As project manager, you will be responsible for managing civil engineering projects efficiently, safely and in a timely manner. This is a full time permanent position with excellent career opportunities for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage and co ordinate all civil engineering projects from initiation to handover.
  • Coordinate with Clients, engineers, subcontractors and site teams to ensure compliance with budgets, project programmes, health & Safety and quality standards.
  • Track and manage all project documentation 
  • Conduct regular site meetings and progress reviews for each project and report regularly to the Managing Director.

What You Need For Your New Job 

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in similar position with proven track record of delivering civil's works projects effectively.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and problem solving skills.
