About Your New Job

  • As the Centre Manager, you will have single-point accountability for the day-to-day running of the Dublin centre, combining operational campus management with hands-on academic administration.
  • You will supervise, train, and support a team of six staff as well as coordinate with academic and outsourced colleagues.
  • Key responsibilities include:
    • Overseeing staff recruitment, induction, training, and development.
    • Managing student pre-arrival, registrations, timetabling, academic records and supporting assessment, exams, and student services.
    • Handling campus and facilities administration, event planning, cost management, and ensuring compliance.
    • Acting as the primary point of contact for student queries, student casework, and liaison across administration and academic staff.
    • Collaborating closely with the Dean and Programme Director, reporting to the London-based management team.
  • You will play a key role in maintaining a welcoming, efficient, and high-performing campus environment where students and staff can thrive.

What Skills You Need

  • Experience in senior academic administration, campus management, or student services within a private college, higher education, or similar environment is essential.
  • Proven ability to manage and develop staff, as well as familiarity with student records/timetabling systems or the ability to quickly learn relevant systems.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, confident handling sensitive student enquiries, and ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Commercial awareness with an aptitude for cost-saving initiatives and practical approach to facility oversight.

What's on Offer

  • Salary: €50,000 – €60,000.
  • Benefits include 20 days annual leave, statutory pension, large staff kitchen, and onsite amenities (fridge, vending machine, etc.).

  • Centrally located, fully on-site role in Dublin 2; hours are typically 08:30–18:00 with some flexibility (including 1 early start per week with corresponding early finish).
