About Your New Job

  • As Cashflow Processing Assistant Manager you will execute and oversee daily investor cashflow transactions as well as manage and supervise daily investor cash flow transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
  • You will uphold strong internal controls to minimize operational risk and maintain compliance with company policies and collaborate with internal teams, including Fund Accounting, Global Mandate Services, and IBOR Operations, to facilitate smooth transaction processing.
  • You will proactively identify opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives and support the Senior Manager with resource planning and stakeholder management.
  • As Cashflow Processing Assist Manager you will assist with the implementation of automation solutions and actively participate in change and transformation projects, given the global nature of the business, flexibility to work on public holidays may be required; where applicable, a day off in lieu will be provided.

What Skills You Need

  • Minimum 5 years experience in fund servicing, fund administration, or transfer agency.
  • Strong understanding of asset management operations, trading flows and investor transactions.
  • Experience in standardizing processes and driving efficiency with knowledge of working with AI / robotic tools an advantage.
