About Your New Job
You will be responsible for carrying out all aspects of kitchen fit-out and installation work, ensuring every project is completed to the highest standard of quality and finish. The role includes the installation and fitting of kitchen units, worktops, breakfast bars, end panels, plinths, cornices, pelmets, and integrated appliances, along with the precise fitting of doors, drawers, and hardware. You will also undertake alterations and finishing carpentry as required, including scribing panels, fitting trims, boxing in services, and making on-site adjustments to achieve a seamless finish.
A strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings, layouts, and specifications is essential to ensure accurate installation and excellent workmanship. You will be expected to work safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with current health and safety standards while delivering high-quality kitchen installations that meet client expectations.
What Skills You Need
- Full trade qualification in roofing or qualification due to time served.
- Proven experience working on residential and/or commercial projects.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification.
- Own transport would be a distinct advantage.
