About Your New Job as a Business Development Manager
- As the Business Development Manager, you will identify, pursue, and secure new opportunities with both public (HSE) and private healthcare providers across Ireland (North & South).
- You will manage the full business development cycle—including prospecting, engagement, negotiation, and contract signature—aligning with strategic commercial goals.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and clinical teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for clients.
- Play a key role in cross-border commercial initiatives, with occasional travel to the UK required.
- You will report to the Country Manager.
What Skills You Need to be a Business Development Manager
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in healthcare business development, strategic sales, contract negotiation, and commercial account management within Ireland.
- Experience and existing relationships with public hospitals nationwide will be a distinct advantage.
- Strong capability in managing complex sales cycles, public procurement processes, pricing negotiations, and contract execution.
- Full, permanent, and immediate rights to work in Ireland are essential.
- You must hold a full Irish driving licence.
