About Your New Job

  • As Business Development Manager, you will identify and target new business opportunities across Ireland to drive both sales and rental growth.
  • You’ll build and nurture strong relationships with clients across civil engineering, military, agriculture and anywhere with a need for physical infrastructure.
  • You'll lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and proposals to negotiation and closing deals.
  • You will represent the business at networking events, trade shows, and client meetings, reporting on market trends and working closely with cross-functional teams in engineering, commercial, and site services.
  • You will be responsible for preparing tenders, presentations, and commercial offers, and ensuring CRM accuracy and sales reporting.

What Skills You Need

  • Minimum 3 years' B2B business development experience, with a focus on new territory or emerging markets growth (ideally within Construction).
  • Track record in target-driven environments, delivering tenders, proposals, and presentations to senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent knowledge of the construction sector, market trends, and procurement processes in Ireland.
  • Advantageous (but not essential): Civil Engineering background or technical sales experience.
