About Your New Job
- As the Business Development Manager, you will develop and identify new business opportunities, focusing on the corporate and conference market.
- You will manage the companies key accounts, driving relationship growth and revenue!
- Lead market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends and ensure the resort’s offerings are best-in-class.
- Take ownership of sales activities including appointments, telesales, site inspections, event attendance, and international networking.
- Set and manage annual budgets, so you can play an active role in the strategic direction of the sales team.
What Skills You Need
- You need to have at least 2+ years’ experience in sales in a hotel environment.
- You must have a full clean driver’s license.
- You must have experience setting annual sales budgets.
- You must be within 45-60 minutes commute to the hotel.
