A leading insurance and assistance provider is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their growing commercial team in Dublin. About Your New Job

  • Drive new business revenue growth through proactive business development and partner acquisition
  • Manage and grow relationships with insurers, MGAs, brokers and strategic partners
  • Act as the key point of contact for client accounts, ensuring high levels of service and client satisfaction
  • Conduct regular client performance reviews and present commercial insights and reporting
  • Lead the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and proposal development through to negotiation and contract close

What Skills You Need

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in senior business development, account management or sales leadership within the insurance sector
  • Proven track record of delivering new business revenue growth and managing strategic client relationships
  • APA qualification is essential
  • Strong understanding of insurance distribution models, regulatory requirements and commercial contracts
