As Business Analyst and Operations Specialist within the Claims Department, you will translate business needs into clear requirements, actionable MI, and measurable operational improvements.
About Your New Job
- As a Business Analyst / Operations Specialist, you will analyse operational processes, translate business needs into actionable requirements, and drive improvements across claims operations.
- You will enable operational efficiency through process and system enhancements, insightful reporting, and trend analysis—having a direct impact on performance and service quality.
- Partner with the Business Support team to analyse data, identify trends, and develop MI and early warning indicators that support informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage projects, and support change initiatives to ensure business solutions are delivered and adopted effectively.
What Skills You Need
- Third level qualification (e.g. accountancy, engineering, business analysis or similar analytical discipline).
- Proven background in operational process improvement, systems optimisation, or project delivery, ideally within a regulated environment.
- Strong analytical, data management, and reporting skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (Power BI experience advantageous).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and foster strong relationships.
