About Your New Job
- Coordinate mechanical and electrical installations in line with the project programme.
- Review drawings, specifications and technical submittals, raising queries and tracking responses.
- Coordinate information between the design team, site team and specialist subcontractors.
- Inspect installations to ensure compliance with specifications and approved submittals.
- Attend MEP coordination meetings and provide updates on progress and outstanding issues.
- Support testing, commissioning and demonstrations of building services systems.
- Assist with Safety File, handover and BCAR documentation.
- Ensure MEP works comply with project health and safety requirements.
What You’ll Need
- A relevant qualification in Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years’ experience in a building services or MEP coordination role.
- An understanding of mechanical and electrical installations on construction projects.
- The ability to interpret technical drawings and navigate BIM models.
- Good communication, planning and IT skills.
