About Your New Job
- As the Building Inspector, you will oversee large-scale Residential projects.
- Conduct thorough inspections to ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and project specifications.
- Identify and report any construction defects or safety issues, and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Maintain detailed inspection records and prepare comprehensive reports.
What Skills You Need
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in building inspection or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
