About Your New Job
- Inspect mid to large-scale residential projects for compliance with building codes, regulations, and specifications
- Identify construction defects or safety issues and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors
- Maintain inspection records and prepare reports
What Skills You Need
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in building inspection or related field
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Qualification or certification in building inspection/surveying or construction
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: €50,000 to €60,000, depending on experience
