About Your New Job

There are three different roles available to suit your lifestyle:

  • 22.5-hour part-time contract
  • 30-hour part-time contract
  • 40-hour full-time contract

As a Breakdown Assistance Customer Service Agent, you will:

  • Assist customers who need roadside help, delivering excellent service and support.
  • Work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, in a fast-paced contact centre.
  • Handle urgent situations with empathy and professionalism, ensuring customer safety and satisfaction.

What Skills You Need

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a contact centre environment is essential.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
  • Compassion and empathy for customers in distress.
  • Steady work history and a commitment to quality service.
