About Your New Job
There are three different roles available to suit your lifestyle:
- 22.5-hour part-time contract
- 30-hour part-time contract
- 40-hour full-time contract
As a Breakdown Assistance Customer Service Agent, you will:
- Assist customers who need roadside help, delivering excellent service and support.
- Work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, in a fast-paced contact centre.
- Handle urgent situations with empathy and professionalism, ensuring customer safety and satisfaction.
What Skills You Need
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a contact centre environment is essential.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
- Compassion and empathy for customers in distress.
- Steady work history and a commitment to quality service.
