About Your New Job

  • Prepare accounts, bookkeeping and VAT returns to trial balance stage for a portfolio of clients.
  • Process weekly, fortnightly, monthly and annual payrolls, including payroll and pension reconciliations and online salary payments.
  • Handle client queries efficiently and liaise with internal teams to gather and validate financial information.
  • Prioritise workloads across multiple clients and ensure all financial and tax assignments are completed accurately and on time.
  • Assist managers and partners, identify opportunities for additional services, and maintain accurate progress updates using practice management software.

What Skills You Need

  • IATI qualified or part-qualified, ideally with 3 years’ practice experience.
  • Strong client-facing, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients.
  • Technologically proficient, with experience in Bright Books/Accounts Production, Bright Pay and ROS advantageous.
