This role is a 4-day working week – 34 hours

About Your New Job
As the Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial records of the business and ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and on time.
Key duties include:

  • Managing bookkeeping activities including invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and ledger maintenance.
  • Preparing and submitting VAT returns and supporting PAYE/PRSI and RCT compliance.
  • Completing bank reconciliations and resolving discrepancies.
  • Managing credit control and following up on outstanding payments.
  • Assisting with payroll processing and month-end reporting.

You will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial data and supporting the wider finance function.

What Skills You Need

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar bookkeeping role.
  • ATI Qualified
  • Working knowledge of VAT, PAYE/PRSI, and Relevant Contracts Tax (RCT).
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience using accounting software and Microsoft Office.
