We are currently recruiting for a Bookkeeper to join a busy and growing organisation based in South Dublin. This is a full-time, office-based role offering the opportunity to become a key part of a supportive finance team, with hybrid working available after probation.

The Role
This is a hands-on position suited to someone with strong bookkeeping experience who enjoys working across all areas of day-to-day finance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations
  • Prepare and submit VAT returns
  • Assist with month-end processes and reporting
  • Support the wider finance function with ad hoc duties as required

Requirements

  • Qualified Accounts Technician or hold a relevant accounting qualification
  • Strong bookkeeping experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience across AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and VAT
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Good systems and Excel skills
