About Your New Job
As a BIM Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting and advancing the company’s digital construction strategy. You will be responsible for developing, managing, and coordinating BIM models across live projects, ensuring accurate digital representation of MEP systems and supporting project teams with high-quality model outputs.
This role suits someone with a genuine passion for BIM, Revit, Navisworks, digital construction, and emerging technologies such as AI, automation, and data analytics. You’ll work alongside engineering and project delivery teams, attending site in Dublin as needed to support coordination, model verification, and the implementation of digital workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, update, and manage coordinated MEP and architectural/structural models in Revit.
- Perform clash detection, model reviews, and coordination using Navisworks.
- Support BIM workflows, model standards, and digital processes across the project team.
- Liaise with engineers, site teams, and external consultants to ensure accurate model information and resolve coordination issues.
- Assist in implementing automation tools, AI-assisted workflows, Dynamo scripts, and data analytics where relevant.
- Support BIM documentation, naming conventions, CDE usage, drawing outputs, and model quality checks.
- Attend site in Dublin for coordination meetings, laser scan reviews, and verification of install versus model.
- Assist in managing BIM execution plans, CDE environments, and project-specific BIM requirements.
- Provide digital construction support to project managers, engineers, and site teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of BIM processes, templates, workflows, and standards.
What You Need
- Experience as a BIM Coordinator/Modeller, or stepping up into a Junior BIM Manager role.
- BSc or MSc in BIM, Digital Construction, or a related discipline.
- Strong working knowledge of Revit and Navisworks.
- Preferably a background in MEP building services, but strong general BIM backgrounds will also be considered.
- A genuine interest in AI, automation, data analytics, and digital process improvement.
- Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical information clearly.
- Dublin-based or able to attend site in Dublin as required.
