About Your New Job
As a BIM Coordinator, you will play a key role in the delivery of coordinated, high-quality MEP models across a range of complex projects. Working closely with design engineers, project managers, and site teams, you will ensure all services are fully integrated and clash-free prior to construction.
- Develop and manage coordinated MEP models using Revit and Navisworks
- Lead coordination workshops with internal teams, consultants, and subcontractors
- Ensure models are aligned with project requirements and BIM execution plans
- Produce detailed construction drawings and fabrication-ready models (LOD 400/500)
- Support offsite prefabrication through accurate modelling and spool drawings
- Manage and maintain the Common Data Environment (CDE)
- Track and resolve clashes, ensuring buildable and efficient solutions
- Update models throughout construction and deliver accurate as-built information
- Support sustainability initiatives through BIM data and carbon tracking
What Skills You Need
- Strong BIM experience within MEP / Building Services
- Proficient in Revit and Navisworks
- Experience coordinating mechanical and electrical services on live projects
- Familiarity with BIM Level 2 standards and CDE environments
