About Your New Job

  • You will assist in the preparation and coordination of tender submissions and bid documentation across various construction opportunities ensuring all information is accurate and delivered on time.
  • Manage document control, supply chain communication, and the organisation of bid information to ensure efficient and high-standard submissions.
  • Work closely with the Bid Manager, suppliers, and subcontractors and wider pre-construction team to coordinate contributions from internal teams and ensure accurate and complete submissions.
  • Support post-bid reviews to identify lessons learned and contribute to the ongoing improvement of bid processes and templates.
  • Collate, review, and format input from various departments (estimating, design, planning, commercial) to create cohesive and compelling bid submissions.
  • Gather and analyse information about clients, competitors, and market trends to help shape winning bid strategies.
  • This will be an office-based position initially but will transition into a hybrid role.

 

What Skills You Need

  • You will need to be comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management is essential in order to manage bid deadlines
  • Experience within the construction industry is a strong advantage
  • Understanding of the construction industry, project lifecycles, and the factors that influence successful bids.
  • Strong focus on accuracy and quality in documentation and data handling.
  • You will need to have full, permanent and immediate rights to work in Ireland
