About Your New Job

  • Design and Develop: Build equipment and control systems, ensuring reliability and identifying the need for updates.
  • Project Management: Compile automation project requirements for resource management and maintenance.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Coordinate assessments to ensure regulatory compliance and propose necessary improvements.
  • Deliverables and Deadlines: Contribute to automation deliverables, ensuring adherence to expected deadlines.
  • Scope Analysis: Analyze changes in project scope and provide necessary information for time and cost impact management.
  • Team Communication: Communicate with engineering teams regarding workflow and project deliverables.
  • Leadership: Apply Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with the team.

What Skills You Need

  • Essential:
    • Hons Degree in Mechanical, Electronic/Mechatronic Engineering, or Automation discipline.
    • Experience in delivering automation projects.
    • Ability to interpret engineering drawings/specifications.
    • Working knowledge of quality systems (FDA/ISO) within a regulated environment.
  • Desirable:
    • Commissioning and validation experience.
    • Experience in a process engineering role.
    • PLC Programming.
    • Experience with manufacturing systems.
