About Your New Job
As the Associate Quality Manager, you will:
- Supervise the Quality Engineering & Technician team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
- Lead efforts to reduce manufacturing process defects, oversee root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Act as a strategic partner in production area planning and support process development and introduction of new products.
- Coordinate technical investigations on non-conforming events, internal and external complaints, and drive preventive quality initiatives.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and support development and review of Process Qualifications, Test Method Validations, and process capability studies.
- Provide clear, timely communication to stakeholders regarding technical updates.
What Skills You Need
- Level 8 Honours degree in Engineering, Quality, or Science.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Medical Device or related industry.
- Proven leadership and communication skills with a strong commitment to quality at source.
- Strong project management skills with successful track record of meeting quality, time, and cost targets.
- Experience/training in problem solving and process improvement methodologies.
