About Your New Job
As the Assistant Staff Officer (Corporate Services Administrator, Grade 4), you will:

  • Support the Accounts and Payroll Executive with day-to-day operations, including invoice and purchase order processing.
  • Oversee office management functions: order supplies, manage records, coordinate meetings, and provide general corporate services.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, responding to internal and external queries via various channels.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative templates, procedure documents, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Deliver a range of general administrative supports and complete other duties as assigned.

What Skills You Need

  • At least 12 months’ relevant experience in an administrative or finance role.
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Team player with effective communication skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Desirable: Third-level qualification in a related discipline; previous experience in a similar organisation.
