    About Your New Job

    • As a Graduate / Junior Architectural Technologist, you will assist in producing accurate technical drawings, BIM models, and construction documentation for a variety of residential projects (with involvement in commercial projects where needed) using Revit.
    • Support the preparation of planning, tender, and construction-stage documentation, and develop strong technical detailing skills under the guidance of senior team members.
    • Liaise with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to support successful project outcomes while maintaining careful project documentation and attention to detail.

    What Skills You Need

    • 1 to 3 years' experience as an Architectural Technologist, ideally working on residential projects; exposure to commercial projects is an advantage.
    • Proficiency in Revit with some experience using BIM and producing construction drawings.
    • Basic understanding of Irish Building Regulations and construction detailing (further training and support provided).
    • Ability to prepare planning, tender, and construction documentation with guidance.
    • Excellent organisational and communication skills; motivated to learn and develop.
    • Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to support colleagues.
