About Your New Job

• As an Architectural Technologist, you will produce precise technical drawings, BIM models, and detailed construction documentation for residential and commercial developments using Revit.
• You will prepare robust planning, tender, and construction-stage materials, ensuring technical details are accurate and coordinated throughout all phases.
• Liaise closely with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes while maintaining thorough documentation and attention to detail at every stage.

What Skills You Need

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Architectural Technologist with a strong portfolio in residential and commercial projects.
• Proficient in Revit and experienced in creating BIM models and construction drawings.
• Solid understanding of Irish Building Regulations and construction detailing.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare planning, tender, and construction documentation accurately.
• Site experience during the construction phase and excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, dynamic team.
